Hey Good Judies! Your favorite gay attorneys are back and we’re talking all things Taylor Swift and her push to reclaim her copyrights — plus a look at the continuing legacy of songwriter Dolly Parton. And an update to the Florida Drag ban, in a surprise twist the Supreme Court refused to hear an an appeal! They explain that a law criminalizing bringing a youth to adult entertainment, including drag shows, was challenged in court. The Supreme Court ultimately ruled against the state, stating that the law was too vague and that drag shows were not necessarily pornographic. The hosts express surprise at this decision, given the conservative nature of some justices. They mention that Hamburger Mary's, a chain of restaurants known for drag shows, was the plaintiff in the case and argued that the law was overbroad and ambiguous. This episode is important as it highlights the importance of protecting free speech and the rights of the LGBTQ+ community. It also sheds light on the legal process and the potential impact of court decisions on these issues.

The duo also discuss their Thanksgiving experiences. Blue Bailey shares his Thanksgiving story of visiting Nashville and enjoying a family-style dinner at Monell's restaurant, while Dexter De Novo spent Thanksgiving at a friend's house and fell in love with the pecan pie. They also discuss the horror movie Thanksgiving and its campy and killer nature.

Drop by and listen to all the good goss!
