Battle of the Streaming Services! Which Has the Gayest and Hottest Content?

Our friends over at Mr. Man's Pride Guide wanted to figure out which streaming service had the gayest content, and the results are in! Their editorial team combed through hours upon hours of content on Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu, and Prime Video and divided their results into four categories:

- Most Gay Scenes
- Most Nude Scenes
- Most Full Frontal scenes
- Most Butt Scenes

Netflix cums out dick swinging winning both the Most Gay Scenes and Most Nude Scenes categories. With Queer shoes like Grace and Frankie, Orange Is the New Black, Uncoupled, Umbrella Academy, Elite, Queer Eye, and one of my personal faves: Heartstopper, it's no shock that Netflix was going to be take Most Gay Scenes. Netflix's gayest show ended up being the hit series Eastsiders from star and creator Kit Williamson. HBO comes in second place totalling 128 gay scenes, 17 of which come from Looking (#TeamRichie).

In terms of the Most Nude Scenes, Netflix's total came to over 700 male nude scenes! Argentinian cop show El Marginal bared the win with 28 scenes, a whopping 10 of which are full frontal. If asses are your thing then young adult drama Elite is the show for you with 26 butts shown.

HBO Max came in second for Most Nude Scenes with Oz packing the most naked scenes on the network (Oh... hey Daddy Meloni). Oz had 72 nude scenes (one for every virgin I assume?), with 43 being full frontal! Oz is no small reason HBO Max took first in the Full Frontal category!

Showtime, the network that gave us Queer as Folk, was the #3 streaming service in every category in the research. The hugely popular William H. Macy vehicle Shameless shows male nudity in almost every single episode (of which there are 134), as well as the show Gigolo, the network's reality series about real-life escorts in Las Vegas.

Prime Video and Hulu consistently rank at the bottom of Mr. Man’s "Battle of the Streaming Services" although the Mr. Man team does give special recognition to Prime Video’s El Juego de las Llaves, which was the only series to be named in all four categories. They also give special recognition to Hulu, for their big 'ole gay wins Love Victor and Normal People.
