The BTS offers a light look at the cast behind the scenes, but falls short compared to other such features we've seen before. Internal Injections #7 is presented on DVD with a 1.78:1 anamorphic widescreen aspect ratio. The film looks great and maintains a solid level of quality from start to finish. Some nice details are brought to bare with the sharper than average resolution and there's very little in terms of grain or artifacts to mar the experience. The sound quality is good as well with a decent presence on the soundstage, though I must say it comes across a bit on the flat side. All around this is a nice package!

Internal Injections #7 is the latest installment from Diabolic's hit cream pie series. From the directive mind of Sid Knox this release features some hot talent such as Kagney Linn Karter, Francesca Le, Madison Parker, Sammie Spades, and Sara Sloan. Anyone that is a fan of hot sex, cream pies, or incredible looking girls will find Internal Injections #7 right up their alley. The five scenes that are included here feature some fantastic sex and they all conclude with a deliciously sticky happy ending. What's not to love!?

Scene 1:

Blonde beauty Sara Sloane kicks Internal Injections #7 off on the right foot. Her scene begins with a sultry little tease that includes some dildo play and anal masturbation. Fans of cream pies or not, the action with Madison and Kagney is simply too good to pass up. Consider this highly recommended!
