Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in 1.33:1 ratio full frame color with stereo English audio. It sounded a bit hollow at times with the music set a bit high but otherwise the audio wasn't much of a problem. The picture was actually pretty weak and the dvd transfer was not the best (thankfully Vivid has been working on improving this type of issue in more recent releases). The picture was often faded or grainy with video noise problems throughout. Considering the age of most of the scenes, it's easy to understand why it looks this way but fans of Celeste will have to be happy that they can get a compilation rather than nine separate releases.

Body of Review: Back in the mid 1990's, Vivid employed a contract star that became known as Celeste. The gal looked a bit like Christy Canyon with darker hair and she had large implants in order to get those of us enamored with large breasts off. Her scenes were all oral and straight (that I can remember) with condoms a reality in some of them but there were times when she really seemed to get off while making the scenes. Over the years, Vivid has cashed in on the popularity of this 37DD gal with a number of compilations and this review concerns one that came out earlier in the year, Girls Only: Celeste. The premise behind the Girls Only series is that each scene has lesbian action without the parolee's so many porno's show these days. The other good news is that nine out of ten scenes had Celeste as the lead. Here's a breakdown of the scenes by movie, director, cast and setting:

Scene One: Exposure: D-Toni English: Celeste starts off this compilation with a great choice, Jenna! The two were on a couch with Celeste going down on the young icon with an ice cube. Jenna gave a little oral in return but most of the scene had her on the receiving end. Yum!

Scene Two: Poison: D-Scotty Fox: Celeste and Dyanna were in a jail cell making out at night. The two licked and sucked each other until ready for a double-headed dildo. After sucking each other's juices off the dildo clean, they kissed and the scene faded to black.

Scene Three: Bad Girls #6: D-Paul Norman: Celeste, Yvonne, Sindee, and Melissa had a scene at night by a campfire. The gals were pretty aggressive towards one another and there was a lot of dirty talk to keep thinks hot. Yum!

Scene Four: Reckless Passion: D-Toni English: Celeste and Ariana had a short lesbian scene on a couch. I think they worked well together but the technical limitations weakened the obvious heat. They were slightly playful towards one another and I wonder how well the scene would've looked if shot today.

Scene Five: Bankable : D-Chi Chi LaRue: Kylie, Lola, and Wendy had a hot scene in a sauna. The sex was fingers and tongues only, which was fine by me. Each of the gals looked great and that made it a lot of fun to watch. Yum! One thing to note though, this was the only non-bonus scene without Celeste (they couldn't find just one more lesbian scene with her in it?).

Scene Six: Trouble Maker: D-Paul Thomas: Celeste, Asia and Tammi had a lesbian threesome on a staircase from an alley. It was short, used mostly oral and rubbing (with a bit of spanking and dirty talk), and finished with some toy play. I actually liked it better this time then when I saw it a few years ago.

Scene Seven: Bedlam: D-Paul Norman: Celeste and Nikki had a lesbian scene on a balcony at night. The sex consisted mostly of licking and rubbing until Celeste used a strap-on dildo. It was too dark to fully enjoy but they seemed to have fun (with some dirty talk for those who enjoy it).

Scene Eight: Immortal Desires: D-Philip Christian: Celeste and Dyanna were back at it again in this extremely short sequence where the two soulfully licked each other in a very dark room. I wish the lighting had been done a bit better so the action could be observed and the slow motion was a drag but the two looked to be having fun.

Scene Nine: Caught In The Act: D-Toni English: Celeste and Nancy had a scene together while Steven St. Croix and another guy watched. The gals used a blindfold to enhance the mood and did lesbian licking only. It was fair but limited in terms of heat.

Scene Ten: Borderline: D-Paul Thomas: Celeste and Toni did each other on a large, spacious staircase after stripping each other's clothes off. There were no large dildos or other toys this time, just some lesbian licking that I found especially hot as it seemed like they had some passion together.

Summary: This was one of the shortest compilations I've seen from Vivid Interactive in a long time. Maybe they ran out of Celeste lesbian scenes or maybe they felt the need to make the others look better but if you enjoy seeing a gal with huge implants having lesbian fun (I like her face but hate those implant scars), this isn't a bad choice. I'm rating it as a Rent It unless you're a big fan of Celeste, in which case you should have already had the individual movies the scenes were taken from. My last complaint is that some of the scenes looked like they were edited, starting or ending before they originally did.
