Take it all off when going to bed, it's healthier! Better sleep, burning calories, and more loving are all benefits of sleeping in the nude. So get out that confidence and strip!
More people sleep naked than you would think. U.S. National Sleep Foundation reports that 1 in 3 adults sleep in the buff. But if that is not you, here are some good things about letting it all hang out when you go to bed.

More Spunk in Your Junk!
Sleeping naked and keeping it cool down there can increase your sperm quality. Stanford University conducted a study and determined that men who didn't wear clothes at night have a lower rate of damaged DNA in their sperm. That's good for healthier spunk and if you ever want to use your stuff to start a family. All the gays are having kids nowadays. Also, when temps are kept low and your junk isn't all bagged together in a pouch, it helps keep bacteria and yeast away. Musky balls can be hot after the gym, but bacteria is never hot.
Burn Calories!
This one is new to us, but keeping your body cool and not constricting it to warm pajamas can help activate brown fat. What is brown fat? Brown fat is known as a good fat, generates 300% more heat than any other organ, and can burn the energy found in bad fat. Don't expect to eat a pizza before bed, take off your clothes, and expect to wake up skinny. However, a study printed in Diabetes magazine reported that men who had slept nude and kept room temperature low had doubled their volumes of brown fat, aiding in caloric burning during the day.
WERK It!
Being nude at night might seem odd at first, but the more you get used to it, the more you will become in tune with your body, feel a boost of confidence, and start to strut your stuff. Being a nudist is popular for a reason, there's a sense of being free and loving how your body looks. Try it a few nights and you can see a mood shift finding joy in being naked.

Partner Benefits!
If you are sharing the bed with your man (some of us are still trying to get to date #2), there is a lot of good that happens when you sleep naked. Cuddling or lying while touching your partner activates the skin receptors which send impulses to the brain which releases oxytocin which in turn lowers blood pressure, aids the immune system, and decreases anxiety.
Also, there's an increase in nighttime shenanigans. By the time you put your face cream on, brush your teeth, and get dressed for bed, the inclination to have a hot sex session decreases. If you crawl in bed and brush up against your boo and start to get hard, you can just roll over and engage! There's no constriction of clothes and the burden of having to get undressed and redressed goes away. You'll see more impromptu sex which will make your relationship happier.
