Hank’s Public Privates Has 10 Sexy Actors of Color Showing Skin, Pt 1

Well, it's Black History Month, the time when it seems that every site and business seems to cash in on the mild exploitation of POC. Yer boy Hank here wants to be upfront and recognize that, especially when it comes to anything sexual, this can translate as a fetishism of a person's intrinsic qualities, and unless that conversation is completely above board and consensual, it's not always a good thing. That being said, I can honestly say that when it comes to Black actors, they've always been represented widely here and over at Mr. Man from where the pics and videos for this post originate. Not just in February. So with a little exploitation of those who first exploited themselves when they dropped trou for the camera, let's celebrate, as we always do, those men of color and their willingness to reveal all of their talents.

He might be a Tony and Grammy winner for the Broadway hit Kinky Boots and have a slew of tv credits, but it was as Pray Tell, the grand MC of vogueing culture in Pose where he became more of a household name. Playing a character living with HIV he was unabashedly blunt, putting his singing, dancing, and dramatic talent with thinly disguised activism on full and glorious display. That his character managed to find love in the arms of a beautiful young man was one of the more shocking and loving storylines.

Idris Elba in Luther-The Fallen Sun

Why is this man not playing James Bond? I mean, c'mon! I discovered his popular British show Luther on Brit Box and was immediately hooked by his dark glowering demeanor and a killer bod you just new was hiding under that rumpled suit. He bares a lot in the fantastic fantasy film Three Thousand Years of Longing as a genie released from a bottle. But he goes back to his roots in Netflix's Luther film in this hub-licious shower scene. Before, of course, it all goes terribly wrong.

After all the controversies that have attached themselves to this enigmatic performer and activist (satanic footwear, anyone?), it turns out that coming out and and dancing naked with a bunch of men in a prison for this music video was probably one of the more tame. He leans all the way into his art, in whatever expression it takes, and gives a giant F-you to his detractors, of which they are legion. And for that, we only want to watch whatever he comes up with next!

Michael B. Jordan in A Journal for Jordan

Jordan shows the most skin in this drama from just a few years ago, but he's been displaying both his acting chops and buff bod on the small and big screens since he was a kid. From All My Children to Friday Night Lights, from the Creed movies to Black Panther, Jordan has a body of work, and a body, always worth watching.

Michael Bolwaire in All the Queen's Men

This former football player and exotic dancer has turned his bodacious bod and sensual moves into a thriving career on screen. He sizzles in the Chocolate City series, gets things riled up in The Real Housewives of Atlanta, but it's as a stripper in BET's All the Queen's Men where he really shows the full length of his talent, if you get my drift!
