Dating A Colleague

Might seem appealing at first because at least they understand the demands of the job. But what happens when they start competing for the same roles; one is working more than the other; or one is more popular? Or when things don’t work out and they’re still in the same social and professional circles. Or they’re paired together and they have to fuck their ex. It can get messy.

What About The Fans?

Say you’ve managed to find love and everything is going great. Many porn stars struggle with the question to disclose or not to disclose their relationship to their fans and colleagues. There are plenty of good arguments for keeping it a secret, but when you are a hopeless romantic like me, you don’t want to hear all that. However, it can cost them money. How can they live up to the fantasy of always being available and horny when they just posted a picture of themselves with their significant other in sweatpants and a baggy t-shirt shopping for lamb chops at Costco? (No offense in that’s your kink.)

Healthy Relationships

Even with all of these challenges, some of us have managed to find a match and are doing our best to keep it healthy. The first requirement for a healthy relationship in porn is open and honest communication. Second, both or all parties involved have to be incredibly confident and secure in themselves as well as the relationship. Mutual support is also very important. The job is harder than it looks and they may need to provide aftercare for one another or give them the space they need to recover on their own.

I’ve found love and I can’t keep my mouth shut about it. Jake Waters and I met on set for Noir Male with Chi Chi LaRue in November of 2019. We were scene partners in Healing Touch and there were sparks right from the start, but at that time I was not trying to date a colleague.

Nonetheless, we kept in touch via social media over the years and in March of 2021, everything changed. A series of events intensified the sense of urgency to get to know each other better. I convinced him to fly to Vegas and drive with me to L.A. for a movie that we were coincidentally both cast in, but was never made. From the moment he got off the plane, we have been inseparable.

It wasn’t long before we went public with our love. Next thing you know, we moved in together. Then came the proposals. He asked me to marry him on my birthday in 2022, and I said yes. “Hell yes,” to be exact. Six months later I asked him to marry me. If you are wondering why there were two proposals it’s because I wanted him to have the experience of being asked too.

We have been tirelessly planning our spring wedding and sharing some of the experience with our fans. The way that we continue to live up to the fantasy is by sharing our love and sex for all who want to see including our threesomes, orgies, and our adventures individually with others.
