Cybersocket Awards Show Nominations Are Open Now

Venerable Gay Awards Show Returns to Hollywood in Person!

Hurray for West Hollywood and the return of the Cybersocket Awards Show! Paused due to COVID and changes in ownership, the 21^st awards show will be held on Tuesday, May 24 at trendy new nightclub Heart, located in the center of WeHo.

Launched 25 years ago by Morgan Sommer and the late Tim Lutz, Cybersocket is billed as being “the ultimate resource for gay erotica.” Bringing back the popular awards show is an example of how becoming a property of NSFW.Army has breathed new life into the brand. NSFW.Army is also known for CherryPimps, WildOnCam, ViralPorn, and Fleshbot.

“We are thrilled to be back in action with our newly revamped awards show,” says Cybersocket Director, Alexander Rodriguez. “Not only do we have a fresh take on nominee categories, but we also have some surprises up our sleeve that are sure to keep the Cybersocket legacy at the forefront of celebrating the gay adult industry.”

This year’s May 24^th show will pay special homage to the 25 years of Cybersocket history, featuring appearances, performances, and plenty of style and fancy multimedia tech. The site will be employing a variety of techniques to assist potential nominees in getting the word out about their participation in the LGBT competition. This may include being a guest on its podcast or live Q&A channel, or featured on the popular Top 5 column, video reviews, or social media pushes.

“Fasten your seat belt, it’s going to be a night to remember, for and by the community,” Rodriguez assures.

Nominations for the fan-driven awards show have begun and will last until March 15, 2022. Presented by Streamate, categories include previous categories like Top Cock, Epic Ass, Power Verse, Movie and Performer of the Year. Added to these are a slate of hot new, contemporary categories such as Pup, Go-Go Boy, Gay Sex Podcast, and more. Business award categories highlight Paysite Fansite, Toy Brand, Gay Bar, Studio, Gay Resort, and on and on.
