Playboy Magazine Features Male Beauty Icon on October Cover

Playboy magazine featured Bretman Rock--a male beauty icon--on its October 2021 cover.  While it's not the first time Playboy magazine has featured a man on its cover, it is rare for them to do so.

Bretman Rock is a Philippino-born Hawaii-based YouTuber, beauty influencer, and the star of MTV's Following: Bretman Rock. The digital reality series debuted in February of this year and follows Rock and his family in Honolulu.

Bretman Rock first gained an internet following when he was in middle school and now boasts over 17.5 million followers on Instagram and almost 9 million YouTube subscribers, which helped him land an exclusive series on YouTube premium called '30 Days with Bretman Rock'. The first episode of the YouTube original series racked up more than 3 million views.
