If you've dabbled in a particularly volatile corner of the Dark Web known as the beauty community, you know that there's a heated battle going on right now between Tati Westbrook, Jeffree Star, and Shane Dawson. Last year we got into the second chapter of this saga, which was officially known as Dramageddon Part 2, but now that we're in the third chapter, known as Karmageddon, I've sadly run out of the fucks required to cover it in a lengthy article. I mean, I'm already hemorrhaging brain cells by typing words like "Karmageddon" so honestly let's just get through this as quickly as possible.

For the sake of this post all you need to know is that Shane Dawson is one of the biggest YouTube stars ever. He helped created the genre. He has a history of posting racist and overall problematic content. Much like other YouTubers with a back catalog of hits and misses, his misses are coming back to bite him in light of BLM.

Within the past few years Dawson infiltrated the beauty community by forging a friendship with beauty mogul Jeffree Star. They became very close friends. Jeffree has a history of posting content that's just as sus as Dawson's. But while Dawson attempted to apologize for his racist and problematic past, Star hasn't. And Star hasn't come to the defense of Dawson. (The entire Internet wants Dawson's head and YouTube even demonetized all of his channels.) Instead Star has randomly befriended Blac Chyna.

Oh and Tati Westbrook released a followup video to her infamous Bye Sisters vid titled Breaking My Silence in which she claims Jeffree Star and Shane Dawson used her in an attempt to sabotage James Charles' career. You might recognize Tati's latest video from the neverending gay memes it inspired.

Anyway, my six remaining brain cells and I need to practice self-care and prioritize our wellbeing, tyvm, so let's get to today's real tea. As you guys know, as a journalist I'm always looking to be topical and tropical, and I just realized that in Shane Dawson's 2014 Oscar darling Not Cool, he flashed his ass cheeks while pressing them against a window!

And in yet another scene Shane Dawson reveals some side butt while pooping on someone's front yard!!!!

It's this kind of artistry that's at stake when we cancel someone like Shane Dawson. Just remember that. Um, well bye lol. Sorry this sucked :/
