“I’m Going To Sandusky You” – Shocking Sexual Penn State Hazing Goes To Federal Court

EDITORIAL FEATURES

First off, as friends, can we all promise to never play college football for Penn State? Pinky promise? In fact let's never go near the campus. Or Pennsylvania in general. I care about you guys. And I don't want anyone to "Sandusky" you unless it's at a bathhouse in Provincetown. An ex-Penn State player named Isaiah Humphries took Penn State to federal court over allegations that the appalling criminal sexual culture that spilled out of the school's men's locker room and onto national news in 2011 still permeates campus life.

Humphries claims that he was hazed repeatedly in the presence of Penn State coaches, and that when he decided to come forward, Penn State forced him out, and put forth a smear campaign that limited Humphries' future opportunities in football: Via M Live

In retaliation for complaining, Humphries claims he was ordered to perform football drills the coaches knew he would fail. He contends the team’s academic advisor subjected him to 'irrational and inappropriate censure.'

When he decided to leave, Penn State coaches gave negative reviews to their counterparts at other college programs to which he was considering transferring, Humphries contends.

[Penn State player] Luketa threatened him with physical harm, he claims and told him if he 'ever visited ‘his city’ in the country of Canada that he would make certain that (Humphries) was gunned down upon arrival,' the suit states.

And as for the hazing itself, you better believe it was Jerry Sandusky-approved. In fact Humphries even claims the threat "I'm going to Sandusky you" was used by hazers:

'I am going to Sandusky you,' was a threat also voiced by the supposed abusers in reference to disgraced former Coach Jerry Sandusky, who is in prison for molesting young boys, Humphries claims.

He claims his alleged tormenters would wrestle victims to the ground, then shove their genitals in the victims’ faces or between their buttocks and hump them. Those who resisted were bullied, he contends. Hazers also stole their targets’ clothes, Humphries says.

Humphries filed his lawsuit on Monday, but already Penn State is defending itself, saying it launched an investigation and found no wrongdoing: Via ESPN

In accordance with our processes, the Office of Sexual Misconduct Prevention and Response and the Office of Student Conduct carried out investigations of the plaintiff's claims independent from Intercollegiate Athletics. In addition, Penn State police investigated related allegations and forwarded the results of that investigation to the Office of the Centre County District Attorney. The DA reviewed the case and decided that no charges would be pursued.

Right. Basically "I'm going to Sandusky you" is the new "You got a mighty pretty mouth" and Penn State is the new Deliverance. Never. Go. There.
