Andy Cohen And John Mayer Are The Bromance We Didn’t Know We Needed

People have noticed that Andy Cohen and John Mayer have been hanging out way too often for two guys who are just friends. It's gotten to the point that Cohen has found himself having to deny dating rumors more than once.

The Watch What Happens Live host confirmed that he and the singer are close, but not that close. Over the weekend, the rumors reignited when Mayer serenaded Cohen for his 50th birthday on his Bravo show.

In an interview, Cohen said about his rumored beau: "Listen, we have a very sweet friendship, and we are together all the time. I think that I was not surprised because we also have a great love for each other. So, it just seems like the obvious assumption."

He went on to say that Mayer was one of the last five he had called. "FaceTime last night with John Mayer at two in the morning!" he said. As for the qualities he’s looking for in a partner? "Someone who is like John Mayer … Just kidding," he said. "What am I looking for? I’m looking for someone strong, independent, smart, who has their own thing going on."

"I would like someone to have their own thing going on. I don’t care, I’m not looking for someone who is in entertainment," he added.

Earlier this year Cohen shared that he and his former boyfriend Clifton Dassuncao had separated: "Yes, I am single again."

Although the duo may keep denying rumors that there is something a bit more serious between them, the countless number of pics of them on social media tells us otherwise. Then again, does this mean John Mayer is available? Asking for a friend.
