Brooklyn's own Sicilian Slyce says that his first summer job was in an Italian restaurant, where he learned the value of cleaning the occasional nine inch squid
and creating much grander gourmet dishes than mere fried calamari: "I dashed into the bathroom with my new found 'friend'. It felt exactly the way I thought it would. Within seconds I had filled the body cavity with the very substance I had recently removed."
