Men in crop tops are back in fashion and it's not just for the gym. Guys have been seen on the runway, red carpets, at the clubs, at brunch even sporting a short shirt, barely hitting the waistline or fully exposing the stomach. A number of male influencers are sporting the look all over social media. While fashion stores are slower to sell short shirts for men, guys are taking scissors to their own shorts or even buying women's shirts for the sizing and wearing them out.

The trend of men in crop tops started in the 80s and was usually for men in football. The trend started hitting the screen with actors like Johnny Depp in Nightmare On Elm Street and Will Smith in Fresh Prince of Bel Air.
