Digesting “The Bottom’s Digest” – Bottom-Friendly Foods & Recipes from Queer Creator Alex Hall

Sometime last year, Alex Hall, self-titled Chief Eating Officer for "The Bottom's Digest" suddenly found himself with a hell of a lot more followers than he had before. And there's a reason for that: his wildly successful and creative bottom-friendly recipes had gone viral on TikTok.

Hall, 28, is an Austin, TX local, but he previously lived in NYC. When he was there, he shifted to a plant-based diet, because of how expensive meat (and everything else) is in the city. So he started cooking not only plant-based meals, but also dairy-free meals, as well, and noticed the effects on his digestion almost immediately. Telling Queerty, "I immediately noticed the benefits in the bedroom after I made these dietary changes. I love to have dinner parties, and I would push my diet on my friends without telling them; it was exciting to see those same benefits pass into their lives as well.”

A graphic designer by trade, Hall realized he wasn't sure it was a career that would make him happy later in life. He was telling his husband this over dinner one night, when he realized there is something that he always loves to do: cook. He always makes time for it, and it always makes him happy. Having also been a bartender in the Austin gay scene for a while, he didn't love the idea of going back to the service industry to make his cooking dream happen. Instead, he decided to put all the pieces together and to create a series of TikToks that focus on leaving your digestion in the best shape to get fucked.

We all know the perils of wanting to get fucked but not being "ready" or wanting to fuck someone and they say they aren't quite prepared, either. Hall's recipes helps your body adjust to no longer having that issue! Here is a look at some of his best recipes:
