There are a lot of very talented people

Generally, people think models are damaged people out of options in life. You’ll hear things like, “you’re lucky you’re pretty,” but my experience has been quite the opposite. I’ve met a lot of extremely talented and intelligent people who could do anything. Porn is what they’ve chosen because it’s what they love to do.

There are a lot of genuinely good people

It’s been so refreshing to meet so many good people in the industry. Compassionate caring people who support their community and try to give back. I love seeing people use their platforms in a positive way.

It’s much safer than people realize

When I started into the industry, I had negative people around me tell me how unsafe the industry is, and this couldn’t be farther from the truth. With PrEP and the constant screening, I’ve found sex in the industry to be safer than hooking up outside of work.

It can be a very positive industry

Coming from religious brainwashing, I never knew that there was so much positivity in what we do. Encouraging people to be sex-positive, giving people a fantasy that fills a need for them, sharing something sexy and beautiful with whoever wants to share it… it’s amazing to be a part of it.

There’s a lot of real work that goes into what we do

There is so much more that goes into a scene besides looking hot and fucking! As a producer and director, I can tell you there’s a lot of work that goes into making a scene, but as a model, I was most surprised at how much real work it is performing. There are a lot of long days, sometimes uncomfortable conditions, and it’s both physically and mentally exhausting. But it’s also the most fun I’ve ever had, and that’s saying a lot.
