The American version of Love Island dropped a cast member named Noah Purivs from its upcoming season, after it just so happened that fans of the show shared images of his gay porn past on social media. Coincidence? I think not! JK. While the CBS series didn't give any explanation for axing Noah from its lineup, people are putting two and two together. Noah appeared as Ethan on CorbinFisher.com, appearing in everything from "Frosting Dane" to "Ethan Pounds Jared" to "Ethan's First Time." The classics never die!

Queerty points out that Noah's ousting could be as innocent as Love Island - a show about straight sex - not wanting to feature someone who previously made a name for himself by performing gay sex. It's probably something that he should have disclosed when auditioning, and certainly it would be interesting to know what his expectations were about keeping his CorbinFisher.com past private in the social media age.

However the fact that people felt the need to call CBS's attention to Noah's gay porn past gives me a slight case of the Mike Pences. We don't know Ethan's sexual orientation, but as Love Island caters to inbred sorority girls like myself, there might not have been acceptance for whatever part of Ethan he was expressing on CorbinFisher. Whether it was a gay for pay gig, an expression of bisexuality, or something else. This is the first comment under an Instagram post by Noah announcing his Love Island casting.

I guess what I'm getting at is that I would be vastly more embarrassed to appear on Love Island than CorbinFisher.com, and I hope Ethan sees it this way too.
