When I saw hairy brute Jaxon Wheeler in this Next Door Twink scene, I thought, "What the fuck are these guys doing now?" Next Door Twink has never been a bastion of real twinks; hell, they've tried passing off Johnny Torque as a twink in a dozen videos, and he doesn't fall under even the broadest of twink definitions. When the doctor pushes his two fingers deeper Kevin says, "I can feel it now doctor, but I just need something bigger to satisfy my hole." So the doctor drops his scrubs and tells Kevin to get his cock hard so they can proceed with the rest of the test.

Nurse Torque hears the exam table banging against the wall and comes in the office to investigate. Dr. Wheeler enlists the nurse's help with the next part of the exam, which involves Wheeler pointing a flashlight up Kevin's hole to show nurse Torque the problem. It's a silly, but fun scene and I particularly enjoyed that everyone stayed in character, even while spit roasting this twink on the exam table.
