Can Anyone Make Head Or Tail Of This ‘Days Of Our Lives’ Love Triangle?

Soap operas are far and away the most complicated form of entertainment on planet Earth. A lot of this has to do with the fact that some, like Days of Our Lives, have been on the air for fifty years, and understanding all of the ins and out and nuances, frankly...

As a matter of fact, in the time it took you to read just that intro, you've already missed key information regarding several storylines, but I digress. Over on Days of Our Lives, there is a gay love triangle brewing involving a married couple and a professional baseball player. No word on whether or not a horse riding accident has left any of them in a coma. 

With the help of Gay Star News (link below), I think I've been able to suss all of this out, so here goes...

This is Sonny...

He's married to Will...

Unfortunately, their marriage has fallen on hard times, due to the fact that Will's job keeps him traveling so much...

Sonny's ex is closeted pro baseball player Paul...

Sonny's been toying with the notion of having a fling with Paul since he's back in town for shoulder surgery, and they did have a bit of a thing happen at the hospital...

But Sonny felt super conflicted about it...

Still with me? Good, here's where shit gets complicated. Will is assigned a job having to write a story about Paul, who doesn't know that Will is Sonny's hubby...

Will decides he wants to break himself off a piece of Paul, and decides to sleep with him...

And now... I don't know. That's as far as we've gotten in this debacle apparently. So know you're up to speed.
