Neil Patrick Harris is all over the news these days, thanks to his Tony-nominated performance in the Broadway musical Hedwig & The Angry Inch, and for his role in the new Seth MacFarlane comedy A Million Ways to Die in the West.
Neil dropped by The Today Show to discuss the show, the film, and everything in between with the besotted duo of Hoda & Kathie Lee. He says that he "signed a nudity waiver" for the film since he, brace yourselves, shits in a hat in the film, and they didn't want him to sue if they showed even "a quarter of a cheek." They shouldn't have worried though, Harris has always more than generous with his "bum-touching free card".
In more dignified news, the father of two also discussed his role playing the transgendered star of Hedwig, a role created and originated by John Cameron Mitchell, who also played the role in the 2001 film version of the musical. Predictably, the wine-soaked ladies preferred to spend most of their time with NPH discussing his hat-shitting as opposed to his role as a transgender person. #i'llhaveanother
