...and they are par-tay-ing.. The warm sun is breaking through the clouds, and like every queen in Chelsea and Weho, it seems some shirtless famous male is parading on every corner. They're at the beaches, at the festivals, by the pools. Come join the celeb celebration.

Spotted: "Gossip Girl" hottie Penn Badgely, strutting around with an open shirt last week at Coachella. This famous Cali music fest always struck us a purely hetero affair, but if celeb men are baring their chests, we're getting tix immediately.

Also part of the Coachella Chest Club was "Glee" gay (Glay?) Darren Criss, in a pic taken by fellow "Glee" guy (Gluy?) Chord Overstreet. Unlike last week's purported photoshop fake, this is the real deal. However, we'd love to photoshop off that hideous body paint.

Olympics swimmer Michael Phelps got the crowd wet at a hopping pool party at the Encore Beach Club in Las Vegas. You could just hear the guys in the pic saying, "Dude, I hung out with Michael Phelps," and the women squealing, "Omigod! I'm swimming with Michael Phelps." With all those women, you know the pot-smoking champ got laid that night.
