“Getting Wild” For The Mild At Heart

OK, so maybe their lighting isn't the best in porndom, and maybe they don't have the costume budget of other studios, and maybe their version of "craft services" is two hot dog buns and some Cheese Whiz (not that we'd know, since we've never been invited to the set, hint hint). But bless their lil' ol' hearts, those boys at Defiant Productions are trying, aren't they?

Case in point: one of DP's newer releases (even though it was filmed two years ago), "Getting Wild". Now, we know what you're thinking: "OMG, did they lay out that box cover with Microsoft Word?" (Yes.) "And what's with the philodendron? Are these guys day-laborers for a floral corporation?" (Apparently.) "And when will the leopard print texture pattern leave us alone and return to the land of the Ya Ya Sisterhood?" (Tomorrow. The memo goes out tomorrow.)

But despite all that, we're still giving director Joe Serna and company a big, drippy dose of Fleshbot love (= the best kind!), because with Bill Gates' help he's created new gift wrap for what's essentially the same present he always gives us: hot chicken dumplings served fresh from the House of Beige. Who says there's no innovation in porn anymore?
