Spotted: “Gossip Girl” hottie Penn Badgely, strutting around with an open shirt last week at Coachella. This famous Cali music fest always struck us a purely hetero affair, but if celeb men are baring their chests, we’re getting tix immediately.

Olympics swimmer Michael Phelps got the crowd wet at a hopping pool party at the Encore Beach Club in Las Vegas. You could just hear the guys in the pic saying, “Dude, I hung out with Michael Phelps,” and the women squealing, “Omigod! I’m swimming with Michael Phelps.” With all those women, you know the pot-smoking champ got laid that night.
