Haus Weston, RIP

Sadly, for the second time this week we must report on the a passing of male pornstar. Haus Weston, the handsome, muscular COLT model and a popular performer in the early '00s, has died. Ace Bannon broke the news last week on his venerable Muscle Service forums, but details were slow to surface. Ace porn reporter JC Adams has more: "I've confirmed this morning that COD was cardiac arrest. Mr. Weston suffered a heart attack while traveling abroad."

Haus Weston appeared in about ten films from 1999-2001, mostly for All Worlds Video, such as "How the West Was Hung," "Tales from the Foxhole," and "Basic Duty" for Active Duty in 2001. Weston's body was quite spectacular but he never became a "star" from video. Instead, he became internationally famous as an escort and received rave reviews about his kindness, professionalism and yes, skills. There is a long tribute thread devoted to Haus at Muscle Service, where he often used to post himself. Thankfully, the digital and photo memories will continue. Haus appears as Mr. April in the 2008 COLT Cowboy calendar.

(Just as an aside, this just the latest in a disturbingly long line gay porn star passings in the last year. Joe Romero this week; Cody Foster, Brett Mycles, Rocky in the spring; Matt Sterling and Andy Dill last December; plus Kent North and only recently Danny Roddick. Let's hope it's a good long time before we have to write another one of these posts.)
