Okay, so you're in the market for a vibrator that isn't made of flexible jelly material, don't want something so large that it would give Lexington Steele a run for his money, and aren't in the market for something costing an arm & a leg? Well, despite stating the obvious that quality toys are few and far between these days, to the point where the better ones are always out of stock and the need for sexual gratification such that you just pick something else, I think I found a device that people will like on several levels even if it doesn't strike me as the "best of the best" style toy you might be looking for. The name of the vibrator is the Waterproof Pure from Evolved Novelities Fleur De Lis line, a toy so new that it isn't even listed on the company website at this writing.

Clocking in at 7" long (about 6" usable) and of modest girth, the three speed, Chinese made pink vibrator was a modest hit with Nadine. The material it was made of was that hard "silky smooth" ABS plastic Evolved uses on about half their toys, the durability of the stuff such that it has repeatedly survived falling off my bed (onto my slate flooring). The batteries lasted awhile on this one and the waterproofing held up thanks to the plastic "O" ring, the tech specs provided by the company mentioning it is phathalate free and out of a non-toxic ABS with all the usual RoHS compliant certifications.

Much could be said about the smooth feel of the device or the elegance through simplicity it offered, the thing reminding me of a retro toy from decades past as it was brought into play. In terms of sheer pleasure, it was a solid toy to work with, the three speeds really unnecessary since only the highest setting worked for Nadine. It used 2 "AA" batteries and lasted well beyond a 90 minute testing session, the evenhanded vibrations feeling the same all over the usable portion of the toy. The trigger was on the bottom, a company standard, and the batteries went straight into the lower portion without a removable holder (to lose, something I dislike about some of their AAA battery using toys), the metal box as impressive as ever in terms of delighting the ladies.

Nadine enjoyed the toy even though it had few bells & whistles, the vibrations good and the rigid material working for her pussy. It was a mite too large for her anal satisfaction but a bit of work could easily see that not being the case for long, like most toys proving to allow for some evolution in use. When the testing was done, she rewarded it with a rating of Recommended, pointing out that it reminded her a little of how her mother's vibrators were back long ago, the simplicity angle certainly a selling point to those new to self love with a toy.
