California Exotics is one of the largest toy manufacturers that I know of. They have quite the variety of male sleeves. With Head Honcho, CE encourages you to "Ram your hard cock deep inside my luscious pussy. Explode with ecstasy as you stroke deep into my extra long noduled passage."

The cardboard box has pictures of the toy and descriptions on the outside. It's straight to the point and I prefer it this way. I pulled the Head Honcho out, eager to see what Sue Johanson had came up with. I can easily see the chambers through the clear material. I did notice that the shaft of mine deviated slightly, but it has held up well with use. This sleeve is made of TPR silicone. This is a great material choice as it's flexible, phthalates free, and TPR Silicone is usually quite durable.

Onto the Bed Test! I lubed up (water based lubricant only) and slipped myself into the Head Honcho. Always use a lot of lubrication anytime you use a sleeve, it really enhances the pleasure and you risk damaging yourself. Once ready to go, I started thrusting it up and down. I can easily feel the ribs and nubs along the inside of the sleeve. They feel great on my shaft, especially on my head. The suction you get when using this is awesome! With every thrust, the suction becomes stronger. It sometimes, can surprisingly, get a little too strong. To correct this I just loosen up my hand at the base and it relieves some of the suction.

Another thing to consider with any male sleeve is how well it stretches. The Head Honcho doesn't disappoint. it stretches well enough to accommodate my girth and as I am slightly longer than the sleeve it, so it stretches length wise as well.

The only thing I don't like is that the material attracts everything hair, lint, you name it and it will stick to the Head Honcho. To clean up I use warm water and antibacterial soap or a toy cleaner. Make sure to thoroughly rinse, as this is a closed end sleeve and things love growing in male sleeves.
