It's hard to believe that Dr. Toppenbottom is old enough to practice medicine, but we're guessing he's working while going to school. It's clear from the way he undoes his first patients pants that he's definitely racked up a lot of hours examining guys. The first twink that gets examined gets a very thorough exam that gets him quite excited. As the Doctor examines his ass he holds the boy's dick, and then checks it with his mouth. Not quite sure how the mouth comes into play, but everything seems to be okay because the next thing he does is to lube up his fingers and do a rectal exam. Dr. Toppenbottom is quite talented as we see in the next scene in which he checks up not one but two patients. The hot thing about this particular movie is just how real the setting and the Doctor's voice are. It makes you wish more doctors were this fun!
