Falcon's Anthology series continues with one of its biggest stars, presenting nine previously released scenes from the career of Erik Rhodes.

Scene 1: Super Soaked (Jocks, directed by Chi Chi LaRue)

All nine scenes appear to be the same transfers as the originals, so no complaints on that front. A lot of Falcon's scenes have a very soft look to them, which is the case here. There isn't quite that sharpness and bold color that would make it better. The audio is solid enough in each scene.

Extras:

Unfortunately, the only extra is a photo gallery from each scene. The last two scenes are technically listed as "Bonus Scenes" on the menu, but I don't count that as a true bonus feature considering the box boasts nine scenes as the main content of the disc. There's no new interview with Rhodes, and not even any bonus features from the titles represented, which is a shame: The original The Farmer's Son release included interviews and behind-the-scenes footage, as did Cross Country and The Velvet Mafia.

The Naked Truth:

For Rhodes fans, this is a no-brainer. This compilation of the first part of his career is a solid package, and it's nice to have the scenes all on one disc (I treasure my Falcon Anthology release of Mike Branson scenes like it's pure gold). Some scenes shine, especially the Velvet Mafia scene with Corrigan, the all-oral threesome from Cross Country and the Beefcake trio. Some of the other scenes don't have quite as much chemistry, and a few soft dicks creep in every so often, but it's minimal. The lack of extras is disappointing, but this still has a lot to enjoy. As Rhodes is already building up more titles in his resume, a second volume is sure to follow in the future. Recommended.
