The 12-3-30 Treadmill Workout: “The 12-3-30 treadmill workout is the best cardio to do in the gym! Don’t waste your time on other machines (especially the elliptical). This routine maximizes calorie burn and keeps your heart rate up for effective cardio training.”

Workout in Front of a Mirror: “Maintaining good form is crucial. Workout in front of a mirror to ensure you’re doing exercises correctly and to push yourself even more. For an extra boost, try working out in front of a mirror naked to get a good look at your body and stay motivated.”

Mix Up Your Workouts: “Variety keeps things interesting. I train three days a week at home, see my personal trainer once a week, and do a hot yoga class one or two times per week. In the summer, I add in stand-up paddleboarding (SUPing). Mixing up my workouts keeps me from getting bored and ensures I’m always challenged.”

Focus on Strength Training: “Strength training should be a priority over cardio. Too much cardio can actually lead to muscle loss. I rarely do more than 30 minutes of cardio. Building muscle through strength training boosts metabolism and improves overall fitness.”

Nutrition is Key: “Abs are made in the kitchen! You can work out all you want, but if your diet isn’t right, you won’t see the best results. I follow a gluten-free and dairy-free diet that works for me. I always have some carbs and caffeine before a workout for energy.”
