Friends Set Up Go Fund Me for Legendary Performer Turned Agent

Hollywood, CA – Loves Models is putting out a call to help their new agent Savannah Jane. About a month ago the vivacious force to be reckoned with suffered a heart attack. This was on the heels of finishing chemo for her second bout of breast cancer. While in the hospital, doctors discovered a lump on her spine as well as a gallstone, necessitating further procedures.
