Asia Duncan is the Director for the Local For All Event Space & Resource Center, which is a project of The Cupcake Girls and is coming to the Arts District in Downtown Las Vegas.

Asia has worked with the community and nonprofits for six years. She is happy to be an aunt, a daughter, a sister, and a community advocate and organizer, not to mention the mother of two boys. Asia is enthusiastic about The Cupcake Girls’ work and the Local for all Event Space Project’s goals. Do things that make you happy, she says, because life is too short for anything else.

Her personal goals and purpose are in line with the chance to help The Cupcake Girls by raising money. When she’s not raising money, she likes to travel, hang out with friends, and spend time with her boys. The Cupcake Girls created Local For All, is the first community-driven social impact hub in the country. It is in Downtown Las Vegas.

They have been helping people in the adult industry and who have been affected by domestic sex trafficking for more than 12 years. They offer trauma-informed outreach, intense case management, and aftercare services. They want to make a place where people can get all the important community services they need in one place and make sure everyone feels welcome and safe while they work together. They offer satellite sites at their facility by working with local partners, businesses, and people.

Local For All wants to make a difference in the world. For every “event or booking” they do, they give back at least 10% of the money they make to the local community, charities, or program participants. Their goal is to create a community that supports social change. This will bring in funds, programs, and data that will keep their organization’s programs going for years to come.
