Undiscovered Dick: Tim James Talks Porn, Fitness, & Thrilling Sex

Nothing gets gay porn fans excited like the arrival of a new muscle ginger and we have got a zinger with rapidly rising star Tim James. Tim started on the OnlyFans circuit last year and is going as he says "all in." What inspired you to join the adult industry?

Deciding to join the adult industry was like accepting an invitation to the Met Gala. I stepped onto the red carpet, being myself without any pretenses, without any masks. It's a platform where I can express my sexuality openly and challenge the stigma and stereotypes associated with the industry. I strive to help others feel empowered, to overcome their struggles with body image, and to let go of the need to seek perfection or external validation.

However, like any industry, it's not all rainbows and unicorns. I mean, porn sets an unrealistic expectation of how quickly a plumber will arrive at your house. Jokes aside, it can also set unrealistic body standards, which is why in my work as a personal trainer, I'm passionate about helping others break free from these pressures and embrace their true selves.

So, when you ask why I joined the adult industry, it was because it’s one of the few places where I feel like I truly belong.

What have you done so far? How have those experiences been?

I've gone all in, creating accounts on OnlyFans, JustForFans, Twitter, and Instagram (don't forget to follow me @timjamesfit on all platforms), and I've even filmed my first three professional scenes with none other than Sean Cody.

This journey has given me purpose, a platform to share my desires and passions with the world. I'm embracing my uniqueness, and I'm using it to create a positive impact, to empower those who dare to follow their own path.

Could you tell us about your relationship with pornography? How has it shaped you as a gay man?

In short, my relationship with pornography has been like an epic movie—full of twists, turns, and a climactic revelation of self-acceptance. It's like The Wizard of Oz, but replace the yellow brick road with a path to self-discovery and the wizard is a gay porn site. And now, I use my experiences to help others find their own 'Emerald City' of self-acceptance and empowerment.

Growing up as a closeted, Catholic, gay kid, I watched straight porn because that was the norm, that's what I thought I was supposed to do. But it always felt like trying to read a book in a language I didn't understand.

Then one day, I clicked on a gay porn site, and it was a revelation that turned my world from black and white into technicolor. It was as if I suddenly found the right book, written in a language I understood. It was a revelation, a moment of validation that helped me realize and accept my sexuality. It wasn't just about sexual gratification, it was about seeing myself represented in a way that resonated with who I truly was.

What are some of your future plans and ambitions in the business and beyond?

First things first, fitness is my lifestyle. It's not just about the aesthetic, it's about the journey—a journey that started as a battle with weight and body image during my youth. These days, it's less about the scales and more about feeling strong and vital. The gym isn't my battleground anymore, it's my sanctuary.

When it comes to leisure, I'm a bit of an old soul. I'm all about the classics: Murder, She Wrote, To Wong Foo, and '90s SNL are my top picks. And if it stars Molly Shannon, consider me front row.

Music? Well, the piano and I share a special bond. I love to lose myself in the keys, creating my own melodies— who knows, maybe one day you'll hear a track of mine!

How do you define a true "porn star"?

A  true "porn star," is like being a superhero, but your superpower is charisma and your costume is, well... let's just say it's minimal.

For me, A true "porn star" is someone who looks at societal norms, winks, and then throws them out the window. They're more than just entertainers, they're educators. They're breaking down barriers, sparking conversations, and exploring the human experience, one scene at a time.

They're the ones who aren't afraid to be themselves, even when the cameras are off. They're like the Picasso of passion, the Da Vinci of desire, the... well, you get the idea. They're artists, advocates, and pioneers. And most importantly, they're unapologetically themselves, because let's face it, authenticity is sexy.
