If anything was trending in the gay blogs this past week, it was how great the new romantic comedy film Bros is and how unfortunate it is that the movie failed at the box office.

Whatever the reason why the movie didn’t do well, we can rest assured that this movie was a solid, entertaining, and feel-good comedy and that it will be well remembered. Was it the sharp dialogue from star Billy Eichner? The heartfelt story of two free-wheeling gays finding each other and coming together? Or was it just that costar Luke MacFarlane is so fucking hot?!

Let’s have a look at a few times that Luke MacFarlane was the hottest guy alive.

Luke has been breaking ground playing openly gay characters for years, ever since he came on the scene. In his first major role in the ABC drama Brothers and Sisters Luke played Scotty Wandell, who marries the central character of Kevin (played by the also hot Matthew Rhys). The two shared a nice bed scene in an episode that was pretty racy for a primetime series.

On the space adventure series Killjoys, Luke played astronaut D’avin. Though his character was straight, Luke had enough shirtless scenes on the show to make that ok.

Hallmark movies are the sugariest and most brainless stuff on television, but damn they get a lot of hot guys in those things. Whether he’s playing a chef, a single dad, a divorced lawyer, or whatever other cliche characters they have in those things, Seth was always so super cute! We just need to get him in an R-rated gay-themed one with fellow gay #hunkofhallmark Jonathan Bennett!

In the too appropriately title short film Erection Luke played a man whose impotence may end his relationship. Maybe it was because he was trying to get hard for a woman.
