In some awesome news that's sure to get you excited about the upcoming fall television season, actor/heartthrob Matt Bomer and athlete/sex symbol Adam Rippon have been added to the guest star list for Will & Grace.
Season 10 of the show will welcome Bomer as a smooth-talking, self-satisfied TV news anchor who ends up dating Will (Eric McCormack). I, for one, am hoping to see something shirtless in the fall lineup.
Yeah, like that.
"We’re trying to open up the series this year," said co-creator Max Mutchnick. "Last year was about coming back and seeing how the audience was going to respond, and they embraced the show, and that was thrilling. Now, we need to move forward."
"With relationships, with work. Those things will probably be new," fellow co-creator David Kohan added.
Figure skater and DWTS winner Adam Rippon will be appearing in one episode as himself, but no other details about his small stint have been announced. Still, it's bound to be funny/cute a the very least. Maybe he'll wear that harness from the Oscars again.
Bomer and Rippon are just the latest in a long list of guest stars expected to be in the show's 10th season. Chelsea Handler is playing a power lesbian and David Schwimmer is going to be Grace's (Debra Messing) love interest. It's safe to say the team over at NBC is pulling out all stops for the revived sitcom.
