If you're like me, you're currently coming up with literally any excuse not to go to the gym today. It's Monday. The weekend was too short. Your favorite shows are on tonight. Well not to make you feel any worse about your poor fitness choices, I present Kayne Lawton - the product of what happens when you stick to a routine (and also play rugby).
Kayne is a former Australian rugby player and now works full-time as a fitness guru/wet dream fantasy. From the looks of it, he's got this whole workout thing down to a science.
