Doing it on the floor always seems like a great idea at the time, but how many mornings have we woken up with rug burns on our knees and regret coursing through our veins? Yes, too many to count.
But at least we've learned to put a sheet down, or at least to use our shirt or underwear to cushion the impact of moving knees on chafing carpet. Sure, it cuts down on the spontaneity of throwing someone down on the rug and mounting him from behind, like these two boys do, but it's totally worth it to be able to wear shorts at the beach and not have to come up with any stupid stories about how we walked into a door, a...um...carpeted door.
