Singer Jake Quickenden Shows Off His Sweaty Abs

Jake Quickenden, known for his time on X Factor UK and I'm A Celeb, is not afraid to show off his rockin' bod. The singer recently performed at both Pride in London and Newcastle Pride and then took some very deserved time off to relax and reenergize. 

During his sexy solo spa day, Jake, 29, took a few quick pics while hanging out in a sauna and shared his on his Insta for all his followers to see.

Prior to embarking on his music career and new celeb status, Jake paid the bills as a semi-professional football player for Scunthorpe United until he broke his leg and had to move onto other things. That definitely explains where all those muscles come from - especially those legs that seem to go on for miles.
