Tom Daley’s Stretch Routine Is Sweat Inducing

Olympic diver Tom Daley has had a great 2017 so far, and it seems to only be getting better. After getting married to producer Dustin Lance Black and taking a honeymoon around the world, competing in the World Championships over the summer, and even taking the first recorded selfie while diving in a partnership with HTC, Tom is finally taking some time to himself. Sorta.

Tom's not wasting any time getting back in the habit of working out and preparing for more upcoming events, and he decided to take a camera crew along for a week to show us exactly how intense (and fucking gorgeous) his routine really is. 

"It’s gonna hurt, but I thought I’d take you guys with me for the week to show you what I get up to and the pain I’m going to go through," the newlywed explained in the video he posted that shows his sexy stretch regimen. "Hopefully it should be a productive week of training."

As we watched Tom throughout the video, I couldn't even get through his stretching before I needed to take a breather. Check out some of the hot shots from his video.

So inspirational. Growing up, I wished I could "bend it like Beckham," but now I just want to "do it like Daley."
