The Winner of Mr. Gay World 2025 Is A Studly Italian

Mr. Gay World 2025 has been crowned, and gurrrrlll, he is a hot hunk of Italian meat. After months of campaigning on social media, hot gay men from all over the world came together to congregate and compete in a series of categories that included the popular swimwear competition, formal wear, heritage costume, and Q&A. Mr. Gay World isn't just about looks (although, let's be honest...), the organization's mission is "empower national and international titleholders to serve as ambassadors for change" and to "bring focused attention to the plight of LGBTQIA+ people globally." This year's competition took place in the Philippines.

Julio Spatola, who actually lives in the UK but represented his homeland of Italy, ended up taking the crown of Mr. Gay World 2025. He's adorable, he's hot, and he's got a big...personality! Julio beat off, uh, beat out 11 other contestants from the US, Spain, Japan, Australia, India, France, Great Britain, among other nations. Check out the moment Julio landed in the Philippines, not knowing he would be leaving with the title.

Julio has a great backstory to his win. He has been part of the pageant world in his day. He has taken home Mr. Gay Europe, Mr. Gay Street, Mr. Gay Rome, and Mr. Gay Italy. Mamma mia! But he left the pageant industry 14 years ago. Coming back and winning at the age of 40 is a huge win for him.

Julio was inspired to get back into pageantry because of his recent diagnosis of autism. He wants to bring visibility and awareness to autism in the queer world.

With his new title, he wants to embark on a year filled with advocacy and wants to tour and speak out on a number of issues, including substance abuse and how it affects the queer community.
