Kurts is a canoeist who had his eye on the Olympics. Well, he can kiss that goodbye. Earlier this year, he was expelled from his team, Paddle UK, for his presence on OnlyFans. This week, after an investigation and a disciplinary panel, it was ruled that Kurst would be banned from sports for two years.

The irony is, the athlete started OnlyFans in order to pay for his way to the Olympics. In a statement, he said, "I have been posting videos that are consciously made to be edgy in order to drive conversions to my ‘spicy content page’, to fund this ultimate dream of going to the Olympics."

The final straw was a video he uploaded to OnlyFans. Kurts apparently posted a "sex act" during a flight and boasted about it on Instagram. Because his Instagram is public, the panel concluded that he was guilty of “indecent, offensive or immoral behaviour” and an “offensive use of social media." Kurts started to really heat up his OnlyFans because he saw the income coming in, and he was finally able to afford travel for his sports career. He spoke to BBC Sports and said, "I saw a direct correlation of me making those type of videos and my life situation improving. So, I was in this state of mind where I knew that all I have to do to continue this, is keep making videos like this. It’s a crazy world we live in. I don’t regret it.”
