Gay Porn Star and Director Dino Phillips Has Died At Age 55

Via social media, news came out this week that gay porn star and director Dino Phillips (Dimitri Perparos) has passed away. While no information about his death has been shared, it was stated that his passing was unexpected. He was only 55. Close friends and family and adult industry folk took to social media to share words of love in honor of his life.

Dino got into the adult business in 1993 when he was 24 years old. He worked in the adult industry until his retirement in 2009. From 1999 to his retirement, he also worked behind the camera as a director under the name of Dane Preston. He worked with a number of studios that defined gay porn at that time, including Video 10, Vivid Man, HIS, Hot Desert Knights, All Worlds Video, and Catalina Video.

Because his death was unexpected, his friends and family have put together a GoFundMe page to pay for his funeral expenses. The page reads:
