Grindr Fashion Gets Kinky In Collab with CHRISHABANA & a $300 Jockstrap

Well, we know that Grindr and Sniffies have been neck and neck in popularity lately. Sniffies has gained a lot of traction because of its smart marketing and ease of use of its app to actually meet up and hook up. They have also put out a great line of fashion wear, from undies to gym clothes to streetwear. Well, we had no clue that Grindr had a fashion line as well, but they do! Well, if they are trying to compete with Sniffies, they are taking men's naughty fashion to a whole new level, appealing to gays who have a chunk of change. Is Grindr the new Gucci of gay naughty wear? They just released a new collab with jewelry/accessory luxury design house CHRISHABANA. The limited edition collection features a jockstrap that runs $300. Get out that Amex!

CHRISHABANA is hot off the heels of its debut at New York Fashion Week. The master behind the label, Chris Habana, has dressed Lady Gaga, SZA, and Coleman Domingo, among other celebs. He has based this three-piece collection on Pleasure Ball's "Garden of Otherworldly Delights" theme. The capsule meshes adult themes with high fashion. In a statement to Grindr's blog, Habana stated, "With this Grindr collaboration, it felt like the perfect moment to dive even deeper, this time focusing on the queer experience. As a queer designer, that makes it feel more personal. These pieces are meant to enhance the way people express themselves and enjoy their everyday lives with confidence, humor, and a little bit of edge."

At the time of the collection is the Heavy Metal Jock, available for $300. The strap and pouch are stretch Lycra vinyl with polished nickel hardware and a steel chain attached. The frontplate resembles the Grindr logo. You can adjust the straps if you have bigger thighs, and you can also remove the chain if you don't want to go around the office clinking. This is bound to be a popular look at the next Eagle event or even Coachella.

To match your fashion jock, Grindr has the Adam Harness for $295. This accessory features figures of nude men in black leather, connected by a nickel-plated ball chain. There are three adjustment points for different configurations to fit your mood and style. This is definitely a unique take on the harness.

Rounding out the collection is the Prick and Thorn Grip Chain for $175. Brass charms with rhodium plating adorn a cable chain in this high-profile necklace. This is kink wear at its fanciest. This is heavy-duty, able to last you through many sessions in the backroom.
