Fall Gay Dating Tips: Romance In the Leaves!

Yes, it's true, we talk about sex and hot guys a lot here at Fleshbot Gay HQ. But when the fall season hits us, we get all warm and fuzzy and start to think about cuddling over cumming. Trust us, we are still staring at every major gray sweatpants bulge that walks our way, but we are also sipping pumpkin spice lattes and watching the Hallmark Channel. We are here with some simple and sweet fall gay dating ideas. Put on the flannel and go be gay!

Farmer's Market

Farmer's Markets during the fall just seem different. There is a chill in the air, and people seem to be friendlier, and there are tons more pumpkin spice items to gay it up. As a gay date, get dressed up in your cute flannel and take your boo on a mission to make a meal with only the things that you find at the Farmer's Market that day. It is fun to pick things out together and then to cook together. Awwww, romance!

Wine Tasting

Vineyards have late-season wine tastings. You don't have to live near an actual vineyard to be able to go wine tasting. But vineyards are top choice. It is chilly, you will have to bundle up, and you can make it a vacation or staycation, but get a hotel room near the vineyard and drink away!

At Home Tasting

If you don't have the funds or time to travel to a vineyard, head to Trader Joe's and pick a variety of beers or wines, and have your own tasting at home. Make some cheese boards and spend the evening laughing and tasting away!

By the Fire

This is simple and sexy. If you have a patio or backyard, set up a bonfire. If not, sit by the fireplace inside. If you don't have a fireplace, set up a fondue pot in front of the TV on the fire log station. Put away your phones and bundle up by the fire with a bunch of snacks that you can make in a fire - s'mores, fondue, etc. Spend the evening with some romantic music, doing nothing but talking and feeding each other snacks. Pour some nice wine, and surely the gay date will turn from cuddling to more.

Volunteer

This is an out-of-the-box gay date. There's just a great feeling you get when doing something for others. Pick a day and time with your boo and go volunteer for a local non-profit that needs some extra help during the holidays. Our pick would be a food service, like Meals On Wheels or Project Angel Food. Preparing and delivering meals together for someone in need with your man is a unique bonding experience and also helps the community. You'll feel so good, you'll want to bottom!

Pumpkin Patch

This sounds cheesy and overplayed, but trust us, it is fun and flirty. Head to the local pumpkin patch (don't just go to the grocery store), and spend some time picking out a pumpkin for the other to carve. Take them home and have your own intimate pumpkin carving night. Give your pumpkins a theme. Turn on some fun music and enjoy being young again. Add some levels to the evening - put some cookies in the oven, pour some wine, and strip down to your undies. Make this an adult carving night.

Hikes

Some gay couples are active, some are not. Personally, this writer doesn't care for doing a physical activity on a date. Who wants to get all sweaty if it isn't in the bedroom? But fall hikes hit differently. Fall hikes are a bit slower; you can take your time and appreciate the turning of the leaves and the colder air. Time in the open air feels good, and you tend to have longer talks while on a hike. Then, after you've worked up an appetite, you can feed each other pumpkin cheesecake in bed. LOL.
