Giving up porn for me was pretty difficult at first. I didn't realize how much it was just a natural part of my routine without even thinking about it. Alarm goes off, pick up the phone, and rub one out to a scene. Mostly, group sex was my morning go-to. If I didn't end the night with some hookup, the last thing I would do before turning out the light to go to sleep was to fire up the phone and rub another one out. At night, it was usually bukkake action. Cutting porn watching out of the normal course of my day was like going to bed without dinner. Something just seemed to be missing. But I got used to it after a few days and noticed how quickly a few things had changed. Here's what I learned.

We gave up watching porn, not jerking off. I am an avid masturbator, but it has always been accompanied by porn. I can't even remember the last time I jerked off without watching a hot scene.
