How Hulu Is Doing Pride: What To Watch

Even as many corporations are pulling back money to sponsor Pride events across the nation, TV streamers know that the gays love watching content. This week, Hulu has revealed its lineup of LGBTQ content to celebrate Pride season. Hulu has long been dedicated to creating and distributing content for the queer community. We are a fan. Here's what to watch as you wave your rainbow flag high. Hulu has put all of its programming in its Pride Hub. Here are some of the highlights this season:

I Kissed A Boy graphic

I Kissed A Boy: Season 2

Pop icon Dannii Minogue is back to play Cupid to ten single boys who are being matched up to find love. Here's the catch, everything starts off with just a kiss. The power of a kiss will determine if they decide to pursue their match. No small talk and no swiping, it's all in the lips! We know how many lips we will be locking on our own this Pride month.

(Streaming Tuesday, June 17, with the Season 2 Reunion streaming Tuesday, June 24. Season 1 of “I Kissed a Boy” and “I Kissed a Girl” are now streaming.)

Mid-Century Modern lead graphic

Mid-Century Modern

This new sitcom, from the creators of Will & Grace, came out in May. It is the gay answer to The Golden Girls (yes, you can make Golden Girls gayer). It is about three close gay friends who live together, along with one of their mothers. Just look at the cast - Matt Bomer, Nathan Lane, Nathan Lee Graham, and Linda Lavin. Couldn't get much gayer! It had a mixed reception, but add it to your Pride list and let us know what you think!
