Alex Palmieri: Italy's Biggest Bottom

Italian stud Alex Palmieri made his studio debut in 2023, and ever since then, his star has gotten as big as his muscles. He has carved a niche as a giant, intimidating muscle man who is a sissy and slutty sub-bottom. He stopped by Fleshbot to talk about his latest appearance in Men.com's new mega-hit "Alpha Builders."

Let's start with a few basics: Name? Hometown? Occupation?

I am Alex Palmieri. I’m from Milano, Italy. I’m a full-time porn actor and escort. I don't have time for any other jobs! lol

How did you create your stage name?

It is just an abbreviation of my real first name, Alessandro. It came from my previous career in the Music and TV industry. People already knew me for my songs, performances, and TV appearances. I just use the same audience for my new career on creator platforms and movies. For my first year on OnlyFans, I didn’t even need to do any sex. People subscribed just to see me naked. I guess they were curious.

How is 2025 going so far?

So far, so good! Many movies are coming out! My latest for Men.com just dropped a week ago. The scene with Nik Fross is amazing! We had a great connection on set, and he is so beautiful. Another for MenatPlay should be out soon, and there are several new projects I’m planning to record during this year (but I can’t say much more for now...). Just know that people who like my work will not be without new content.

Could you share with us some of your background? How did you get where you are today?

It’s a very long story. I've done all kinds of things to get here. From 15 to 20 years old, I did everything I could with music: performing in very small places, village parties, and finally, big live events and TV at 20 years old. I also competed on a reality music show on national TV. I’ve been an independent singer for 10 years, performing all over Europe, from small clubs to audiences of 40,000 in Trafalgar Square, London. Then, at the end of my 20s, the pandemic hit, and I lost everything. I wasn't able to perform and couldn't survive financially. There was no way to make enough money to live within just the music business. I became an escort. Getting fucked in a car, for very little money, like a proper hooker. It was a low point, but I had made a choice to restart all over again on a new climb. Then I opened OnlyFans and everything changed: people remembered my name from my previous career, and suddenly the profile became one of the most successful in Italy. By 2021, I was escorting in Dubai for rich people, traveling to meet fans from the channel who paid for my company. Businessmen, famous personalities, etc. In 2022, I got a gig as a stripper in Miami. With that, I discovered my passion for being on stage. Then, in 2023, Chris Crisco contacted me to be a part of a new production for Falcon/NakedSword that was to be shot in Sicily. I declined at first because I was a bit afraid (we are always afraid of what we don’t know). Then, after a big escort client who had promised me a month-long stay in Miami canceled 48 hours before my departure, I called Chris and said, "I'm in!" The movie won a Grabby, and everything has changed! I've met so many people and had so many experiences, and all have influenced the man I am today.

Could you tell us more about your career as a singer, dancer, and musician?

I said in a recent Vanity Fair interview that music has been both my biggest dream and my biggest delusion. I worked hard. I achieved some big goals and I did it all by myself - no manager or producer - but Italy is not a place for independent artists, and the vibe was like “You are doing great, but you're still not where you should be." It was so frustrating. Even when I was doing lots of live performances and TV shows, the vibe was always “you’re not enough for this industry." I have many great and not-so-great memories of my music career and the people I worked with. I call it my “business childhood," and it made me the determined and smart dreamer I am today.

Do you use any of your skills as a musician in your porn work? How so?

Well, I’ve been in front of cameras since I was 20, so I kind of use some skills there. I’m also working on something new with some big names in the industry that could include a bit of my previous work as a singer and dancer, but I can’t really tell more about it for now. For 15 years in the music industry, I tried to force myself into that system. Now in this business, I feel more accepted and appreciated, and that is something new for me. I don’t need to beg anyone to appear in movies or for a collaboration. They just simply call me and request me.

You have really begun revving up your presence in the studio world. Why do really like studio work?

I love working with studios because I find that working as a team is way more gratifying. I was so lucky to work with Marc McNamara during my first movie in Sicily. First impressions always stick in your mind, and if Marc hadn’t been there directing me, maybe I wouldn't be here thinking this is my place and I’m on the right road. He's been so kind to me and so professional. We have a great connection, and in my opinion, he is the star of American directors.

What are your plans and ambitions in the industry moving forward? Any dream scenarios? Scene partners?

I already met one ambition for 2025, which was working with the director Alter Sin. I'm so glad he chose me for his latest movie series from Men.com “Alpha Builders". I had texted him once in the past because I loved his productions: the technique, the colors, the photography. I find them amazing. It's like watching a proper cinema movie with sex inside. I was obsessed with his work, and in my mind, I saw myself in one of his movies. I just sent him a message of congratulations for his most recent awards, and after a few months, he chose me for his latest production. I feel so grateful. Alpha Builders is probably one of the best films I've done, because of a mix of my own experiences and great directing.

Who is the real Alex?

I guess I'm a bit out of the industry standard. I’m kind of militant: I work hard at the gym, 5 days a week, with no skipping. I take care of my home. I don’t party. I don’t drink or take drugs and have never tried. I don’t go to clubs unless I'm performing. With sex, I’m actually very traditional. I don’t like cruising. I’m not into orgies. I’m not into random guy sex. I prefer to keep like a small list of guys who I meet for pleasure who know me and don’t feel like they have to perform for the "porn actor” and who I don't have to be a "porn actor" for them. Some guys are afraid of me because they think they have to impress me, and that’s the worst sex ever for me. Since sex is my job, I don’t have so much time to dedicate to “free sessions," and so I’m really picky about that.

How do you define a true "Porn Star"? Is Alex Palmieri one?

I don’t know if I am a porn star and I don’t like to define myself. I feel like that's not for me to say. I think it is up to the viewers. What I can say is that I don't take a very “mental" approach to this work. I do what I do in life, and I guess it shows through the camera lens. I love to see that man who is on top of me, inside me, getting satisfied through my body like I’m the instrument for his pleasure. This is the same thing that happens when people see my movies.
