He is into calisthenics and bodybuilding, and his mission, according to his Instagram, is getting as many people fit as possible. Alex says his muscle body was achieved by mixing calisthenics and weight training. Calisthenics is using your own body weight to work out. Push ups, pull ups, dips, using your upper body strength to move your body helps in getting that lean athletic look.

Yes, there are plenty of thirst traps on his Instagram, but he also offers fitness tips and insight into leading a fit and healthy life. Alex states that if you are starting a workout regimen, you will feel the changes in two weeks. After four weeks, you will see small changes, weeks 6 to 8 will have noticeable changes, and in 3 to 6 months, you will see a massive transformation. To get biceps like his, he says you only have to do two exercises, curls and chin ups.
