Alec came out almost six years ago in a coming out video. He stated that he had always known that he was gay but hated himself for his feelings. Ever since his coming out, he has been thriving with his new found confidence and ability to be himself.

He is a Crossfit athlete and has competed in the Crossfit Games. Alec has placed in the 101st-ranked CrossFit athletes in the nation. We love his workout videos.
