How did you end up getting into the adult industry?

I considered doing porn when I was 18, but I was living in Colorado and the opportunities were slim. Instead, I busied myself pursuing other careers. I’ve worked in sales, and tech companies, and before the pandemic, I was training to be a firefighter, which I had to put aside after injuring both knees at gay ski week a few years back… From skiing, not from being on my knees, just to be clear! So last summer I was looking at possible jobs and they all sucked. I didn’t feel inspired by anything I was finding, and a friend joked and said “You should start an OnlyFans!” I’ve always loved taking pictures and filming during sex, but I only ever shared them on the hook-up sites, and I’d never show my whole body with my face. When I moved to Los Angeles, I met quite a few adult content creators and bona-fide porn stars, and I always envied their ability to be open and free about their sexuality. Last year I went to Miami for the first time and that trip unlocked something deep inside of me. I realized not only did I not care if my nudes leaked, I wanted them to! So I set up the fan sites and started my X and BlueSky accounts and started posting nudes in September. Honestly, the first time I posted a nude to X, I had a giant smile on my face for three days straight. That’s when I knew I was doing something right, but I had no idea where it would lead.

What do you wish you would have known before starting in the adult world?

I thought I had a head start because I had a deep catalog of “action shots” from my personal life. I thought I could immediately start posting them on the fan sites, but learned right away that I could only post videos with bottoms who are also certified content creators. Obviously, it’s a good thing those restrictions are in place because it protects people, but had I known that I’d probably have put myself out there to more creators and started filming collabs before launching the accounts.

What has surprised you the most since getting into the industry?

How friendly porn stars are! Everyone I’ve met so far has been incredible and very supportive. There has been a really strong sense of community and brotherhood from the guys I’ve met.

What do you think sets you apart from other models in the industry?

Well, it’s funny… I think the thing that sets me apart from most people in my day-to-day life is my height, and that’s the very thing that got me working with Carnal. But in general, I’m a fun-loving guy who likes to make people feel good. I hope that is something fans can take away from my content. I genuinely care about my fans and want to treat them well.

You love being an exhibitionist, how did that start?

Growing up, I was taught that being naked was shameful. That the human body, supposedly made in the image of God, was something that needed to be hidden. Once I came out though, everything shifted. I became a very sex-positive, body-positive person. I’m always the first one naked at a pool party. I like to be naked anywhere I can. Sometimes it’s non-sexual, like going on a naked hike, skinny-dipping in rivers or the ocean, or just relaxing at a Korean spa. But I also love stroking my dick or fucking in front of people.

What thrills you the most about showing off naked?

You’re making me think about things in a way that I’ve never thought about them… I love this! My entire life people have stared at me because of my height. I’ve always been a giant. So I think being naked in public spaces, or on the Internet, is fun for me because it gives people a different reason to stare! Like I love being naked in the locker room and watching a guy’s eyes go from my face down to my cock and balls.

What was filming your first scene with Carnal like?

Exhilarating! I was filming with Legrand Wolf! I mean it was such a dream come true. I had to pinch myself a few times to remind myself that it was actually happening. The other performers and crew made me feel so at ease. It was a fantastic intro to studio porn.

What do you love most about working with Carnal?

Hands down, the people. Every employee and every Exclusive has been so amazing to be around and work with. I also love that they support their Exclusives' individual careers. From collab houses to on-the-job production training, it’s very clear that Legrand & Carnal really care about the well-being of their performers.

What do you think sets the content created by Carnal apart from others in the industry?

I think Carnal’s attention to detail sets them apart. Legrand is amazing at getting the details of every scene just right. When I filmed for Catholic Boys, I was so impressed with the sets, the wardrobe, and the dialogue. Everything felt so authentic to the fantasy which made it all that much hotter.

How do you balance your porn and personal life?

So far it’s been easy, but I’m also very new to this. I’ve made my personal social media accounts private to maintain some level of separation of church and state. People (myself included) sometimes feel entitled to more personal information about a person just because they’re in the public sphere. I want my content to reflect my personality and I want to be myself in it, but it’s just one part of who I am.

What do you think the future of gay porn looks like?

There are a million ways for a person to get porn these days, but there’s something special about the fan sites. They allow for a more intimate connection between performers and their fans. One of my favorite parts of this has been messaging with fans, getting them off in a more personal way than just the videos I post. I hope that the studios and the individual content creators can work in harmony to help secure the future of gay porn. Some guys love how amateur collabs feel, and some like a more polished studio scene. There’s room for everything and everyone.

What do you want most out of your porn career?

To have a good time entertaining horny people. I want to travel the world and meet other global content creators. I also hope to help more people realize that sex is human and that it’s great. I think we’d have a lot less fighting in this world if we were all naked!

What advice do you have for someone thinking about getting into the industry?

When I was starting to ask friends for advice before I jumped into it, all of them said the same thing… It’s a lot of work! I’ve heard many stories about people who made a fan page and then closed it down two months later because it “wasn’t worth it.” But ultimately it wasn’t worth it because they didn’t treat it like a full-time job. And for some guys it doesn’t need to be a full-time job, they just do it for fun. But I recommend doing research on sex work podcasts, there are plenty of them out there. Listen to as many people talk about it as possible, because everyone’s experience is different. If you decide that you don’t care if everyone at Thanksgiving dinner knows you do porn, great! Welcome to the club! I recommend doing your research on the market. What kind of content would you want to make, who is out there making similar content, what exactly are they making, and how do they interact with followers online? Once you know what your niche is, and whose career you’d like to emulate, make your fan page accounts. Start building your catalog of solo content and reach out to creators you’d like to work with. Most of them will not film with people who don’t have fan page accounts, so keep that in mind. Ultimately, focus on doing what you think is hot and fun, and be authentic. You are the only you there is, and authenticity is hot.
