All About the Jockstrap
How can we measure our love for men in a jockstrap? The limit does not exist. There's just something about the way the fabric perfectly shapes a big hanging pouch, showing of a guy's VPL. The strap in the back perfectly lifts and shapes a great muscle bubble butt. When we see the waistband of a jockstrap peeking out when a guy bends over, we just melt. This post is all about our love for the jockstrap!

The term jockstrap has been around since 1891. The term derives from "jockey strap" and the type of underwear was created originally for bicycle messengers and deliverymen. The Bike Jockey Strap was first manufactured in 1874. The word "jock" was originally slang for "penis" as early as 1650. So jockstrap literally means dick strap. Jock was then attributed to athletes in 1959 because of the jockstrap.

The original jockstrap was more of a thong, with a strap that went in between the ass cheeks. The first garment was intended by C. F. Bennett from the Chicago sporting goods company, Sharp & Smith. Bennett went on to found the Bike Web Company and began mass production of the Bike Jockey Strap. The brand was incorporated into the Fruit-of-the-Loom line of clothing and a modernized version of their trademark "No. 10" was released in 2021.

Yes, we know the jockstrap looks hot on a guy but it also has been used for health purposes. There was a medical version created known as the Heidelberg Electric Belt, a low-voltage electric-powered jockstrap that claimed to cure kidney disorders, insomnia, and erectile dysfunction.

The underwear became a fashion sensation in the early 2000's with fashion labels like Calvin Klein, Gucci, Diesel, Adidas, and more releasing their versions. It has also become embraced by the non-binary community. There are gender neutral versions available at numerous fashion labels.

For sports, a soft or hard cup can be placed in the front pouch. This is usually done for sports like soccer and football. Fashion jocks usually provide lining to make the male bulge more pronounced and pushed forward. The strap can be just around the waist and the bottom of the ass, lifting everything high and dry. There are versions that still have the strap down the middle of the ass cheeks and there are some that can be used as garters to hold your socks up.

The gays took over the jockstrap in the 1950s and 60s and it became a fashion staple in the kink community. Gay men continue to rock the jock and, when worn casually, can be a non-verbal indication that you are up for some action. We love seeing a jockstrap out and about in the wild.
